Rick brings his degree in business administration to ensure your investment has a strategic direction. He works the numbers of properties and finds ones that are worth investing in. He has been a successful business owner since 1999, grossing $10,000,000 in sales. He is skilled in marketing and web development. Rick has obtained his boilers license and low voltage contractors license, and has remodeled multiple homes. As a previous volunteer firefighter, he received Fire fighter I and II certifications. He is well versed in security system, camera, and cable installation. Rick is also Licensed commercial real estate agent.

After having worked in the property management industry for many years, Amber brings a wealth of knowledge to Gonion Group. She has found her passion in working with owners and residents and has enjoyed managing properties in multiple areas such as the affordable housing industry (section 8 & section 42), student housing, market rate housing, and senior living. She prides herself on having increased occupancy at all properties under her management and has been responsible for the oversight of rehabilitations at numerous sites. Amber has extensive training in fair housing, knowledge of various property management software platforms, has her CAHM certification, and is a licensed commercial real estate agent.
